The Future of Web Search: Beyond Text
The third edition of the Future of Web Search workshop and
2nd CHORUS Conference on Multimedia retrieval
Andorra - April 4-5, 2008
The main objective of the workshop is to bring together key researchers in the area of Web search and Multimedia retrieval.
Previous editions of this workshop have been held on May 2006 in Barcelona, Spain and on June 2007 in Bertinoro, Italy; the first
CHORUS conference was held in July 2007 in Amsterdam. This event will have a special focus on multimedia and specialized topics in Web search.
The Future of Web Search: Beyond Text will be held in Grandvalira, Andorra, during April 4-5, 2008.
This workshop is organized by Yahoo! Research Barcelona, the Web Research Group of the DTIC (Universitat Pompeu Fabra), CHORUS Coordination Action, and Oficina Innovació Empresarial (OIE).
